Bishop Perry visits St. Luke’s this Thursday, March 5, at 6 p.m. Come and meet the bishop!

Daylight Saving Time is Here! Daylight saving time begins at 2:00 AM on Sunday, March 8. Turn your clocks ahead one hour Saturday night, to be on time for Sunday’s service.

Lent Book Discussion and Meditation on Wednesdays, March 11th and 25th, at 7:00 p.m. We will discuss John Dominic Crossan’s book, The Greatest Prayer: Rediscovering the Revolutionary Message of THE LORD’S PRAYER. 

Please sign-up for Liturgy Teams! We need two readers each Sunday, to read the First Lesson, lead the congregation in reading the Psalm, and read the Second Lesson. Readers, LEMS, ushers and crucifers are an integral part of the service. Be an active part of St. Luke’s! Sign-up sheets are at the back of the Church.

Easter Lily Memorials due by April 5th. Envelopes are in the service bulletin, or available at the church office.

Michigan’s Primary Election is Tuesday, March 10. Presiding Bishop Michael Curry encourages individuals to, “cast your vote, not on a partisan basis, not based on your biases, but vote your values. Vote the values of human dignity and equality. Vote the values of the rock on which this country was built. Vote.”
